Delete Your Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your CutPrint account (developer: Intelligence Limited) and the personal data associated with it. You can delete your account from inside the app, or by emailing us — both routes are described below.

Option 1 — Delete in the app

  1. Open CutPrint and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm when prompted.

Your account and associated personal data are removed immediately, subject to the limited retention described below.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you can’t access the app, email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify the request and complete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile (name, email address, user ID)
  • Productions you own and all their content — scenes, script breakdowns, schedules, call sheets, budgets, and team records
  • Photos and files you uploaded (e.g. continuity stills, receipts)
  • Diagnostic and crash data linked to your account

If you are a member of a production owned by someone else, deleting your account removes your personal profile and access; content created within that production may remain with the production owner.

What we keep, and for how long

  • Billing and invoice records required for legal, tax, and accounting compliance are retained for up to 7 years, and are anonymized where possible.
  • Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged on our normal backup rotation, within 30 days of deletion.
