Terms of Service

By using CutPrint, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Use of service

CutPrint is a production management platform for film and video productions. You may use it only for lawful production management purposes. You must be 18 or older, or using the platform on behalf of a registered production entity.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of all scripts, breakdowns, and production data you upload. By uploading, you grant CutPrint a limited licence to process that content to provide the service (including AI breakdown via Google Gemini). We do not claim ownership of your scripts.

3. Prohibited uses

• Uploading content that infringes third-party IP rights
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
• Using the service to train competing AI models
• Sharing account credentials with users outside your production

4. Billing & cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time from account settings. No refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.

5. Service availability

We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses resulting from temporary unavailability.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CutPrint is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kerala, India.
